* CCF requests that ATF's and/or CTL’s charge the Vendor a one-time, US$1,000 use fee when executing any testing, on a single device, that uses CCF intellectual property when no CCF certification has been requested or achieved. The US$1,000 fee is a one-time fee per device, regardless of how many CCF Test Plans are used or how many ATF's and/or CTL’s participate in the device testing.
Note 1: Cabled IOT labs running the CCF-57 test plan will not be required to charge this fee, as the terminal vendor would have already been charged this fee for doing the pre-requisite testing for entrance into Level 1, Level 2 or Data Only cabled IOT endorsement.
Note 2: If the device achieves CCF certification, this fee will not be charged.
Note 3: CTL’s and/or ATF’s who execute testing using non-CCF owned test plans would not be required to charge or pay the US$1,000 fee.
